- Sally Lapides
Sally is the president of Residential Properties Ltd, and host of “Real Estate Insight.” Her involvement in the real estate business began over 25 years ago when her mother, one of the state’s top real estate producers, encouraged Sally to get her license and rent apartments. At the time, the art gallery Sally was working at had just closed and she was preparing to attend graduate school. In the interim, she took her mother’s advice, got her license, and quickly sold several houses to which her mother exclaimed, “Honey, I think you found your calling!”
As an expert in the Real Estate field, Sally is on the Ethics and Arbitration Committee for the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. She is often quoted in the Providence Journal, Providence Business News, WJAR, Channel 12 News, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.
